
You can return any un-used item within seven days of receipt for a refund. Enclose a note with your name, address, receipt and instructions. Please return items carefully wrapped and complete with their original display packaging. For your own security obtain a proof of postage, better still send it recorded delivery.
You are responsible for paying the cost of returning unwanted goods. We will refund you the amount paid for the item only. If the original order was sent as part of a carriage free / carriage subsidised order we reserve the right to deduct the nett cost of what it cost us to ship them to you.
Should an item arrive damaged or fail within the first year of purchase please contact us by phone or e-mail for our return instructions. If you are in the UK mainland we will usually ask you to post the goods back to us including your proof of purchase along with a brief description of the fault. Upon receipt & inspection we will either refund or replace the goods and reimburse any reasonable return postage charges.
Please note if you are a non UK mainland customer, you are responsible for the cost of returning faulty goods back to Harry Hall Cycles.
We also may ask you to make a contribution towards the cost of returning the replacement item to you.Should you not receive your delivery within 7 days of your despatch confirmation e-mail. Please contact us at harryhallcycles.co.uk
or by phone (0161 236 5699 and ask for Conrad) We will provide you with the necessary shipping references and help you locate the delivery.
Please note when we have given delivery to the courier (usually BusinessPost) they are responsible for getting it to you - not us. We will of course do everything we can to help.
The terms of our contract do not affect your statutory rights.
